Founded by Anthony Sheldone, a Quincy, MA. local resident in 2018, Local Auto Glass is a "division of Higher Standard Service. After working for both large corporate companies and some smaller ones Anthony came to realize that much like society and the world today the service industry needs to grow, adapt, focus more on the consumer and provide the answers and knowledge that customers today are looking for. Times Change and companies must adapt to it or will be left behind. Higher Standard Service embraces this ideal, and has developed our company policies and procedures focusing on the consumers satisfaction. 

We offer extended business hours, allowing customers additional time to call and schedule and process their insurance claim. We have created and implemented the use of online forms allowing online price estimation, and scheduling without the need to call anyone. If you do decide to call you will be contacting us at a direct number, and you will be able to reach the same person should you need to call back. Communication is another primary concern of ours, not only will you have the ability to call text or email us directly but once scheduled you will also get your technicians information, they will make contact with you before the appointment and give you their exact expected time of arrival.

 In addition to serving all insurance and non-insured customers who find us online or are referred by a friend, we also do work for many other local businesses in the area. We serve many local body shops in the area and perform removal and installation work necessary to the repair for many vehicles involved in collision. We also handle work directly from Ford, Chevy, Lexus, Honda, Kia and Subaru, as well as all of the body shop glass work that they require and complete through their third-party partners.
