Service Description

We accept all insurance company rates, offer extra discounts for those who are not covered by insurance, and never charge the customer EXTRA. If you have insurance you will never pay unless you have a deductible. If you don't have insurance we offer the most competive rates the market can offer, we price match our competitors and we never charge an extras, like disposal fees or mobile service fees, we always offer mobile service at your convenience without charge; we even vacuum all the little glass out from inside your vehicle.


Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling: All "online" service requests must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person, but all services require a confirmed appointment. Walk-in service cannot be accommodated at this time, simply call or text us and we will do our best to accommodate you. All "online bookings" will require a $50 (refundable) deposit, payable upon submitting your request. 2. Confirmation: This is only a service request; all submissions will be promptly responded to by a staff member. Once your request is complete and has been accepted you will receive an email or SMS requesting signature and approval of your confirmed appointment. Please ensure all details are correct before and notify us immediately if any changes are needed. You MUST sign and accept the confirmation message, or your appointment will not be scheduled. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, late cancellations or *no-shows will incur a $50 fee. You may reschedule without being charged a fee, as long as you contact us before the technician is "in route" for your service and has notified you as such. Any schedule change after that will result in being charged as a no-show or late cancellation. 4. Payment: Deposits are automatically applied to your total balance. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, tap to pay, and online payments like (PayPal). 5. Technician's Arrival: We schedule in 2-hour intervals. Our technicians are expected to arrive for your requested service within that 2-hour "time-block". You will be contacted by the technician before your scheduled appointment to confirm your availability and give you a better idea of when to expect them. You will also be offered a SMS or call with ETA when the technician is in route to you, as well as an option to view their real-time progress on Google maps. Upon arrival an additional SMS is sent. 6. Service Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our services and offer a life-time workmanship warranty on all repairs and replacements. We also offer protection plans that will cover your new window from repeat damage, and additional products that can be applied to prevent minor damage and create safer driving conditions. *NO-SHOW - customer fails to be available during the confirmed "time block" and fails to reschedule or cancel with sufficient notice.
